Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

  • Cash On Delivery Available at Rs 100 Extra Charges
  • Dispatch Time is 3-4 days
  • The estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 days from the date of dispatch depending upon the location of the delivery. 
  • All jewellery is carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage.
  • Neysaworld  sends all packages via reputed courier services such as XpressBees, ECom, Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post etc. 
  • Neysaworld ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any product delivered, at which responsibility for your purchased product passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purpose (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them. This is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Neysaworld and transfer of responsibility in the same way.


How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped. Send a request to After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.


Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policies

  • only accepts Refund/Return/Replacement claim made within the first 48 hours after deliveryThe Refund is applicable for Transit Damage or Defective or Wrong or Missing Product only.  
  • DON’T LIKE / NOT NEEDED ANYMORE / SIZE IS TOO BIG or SMALL – this complaint/argument will not be taken or entertained. Buyer can not request for any return, replacements or refund if she/he doesn’t like the product. We accept any such claim only and only in case of Damage or Wrong product received to buyer.


  • Ordered By Mistake / Ordered Similar items – this complaint/argument will not be taken or entertained. Buyer must check her/his cart carefully before placing order only.
  • Every details such as Size, weight etc. is mentioned on product pages clearly. Please go through the details carefully before buying products.


  • For Proof of Transit Damage, Wrong Product or Missing Product;  Customer is Advised to Take a Video of Unboxing. We will consider this as proof and helps us further Claim Insurance from the Courier Company. Without an Unboxing Video proof we do not consider the Return / Refund.


  • This is required to prove authenticity of buyer’s claim and will be helpful to us to verify the claim details. No request of Replacement, Refund or Return will be entertained if buyer can not produce unboxing video to support his claim.
  • Proper Unboxing Video –
    • must show label on the package pasted by
    • must be without any pauses or cut
    • must show the damage properly
  • If the Buyer refuses the package at the door without any unboxing video, and then claims a Refund; NeysaWorld will refund the amount after deducting the Forward and Return Transit cost.
  • If the Buyer submits wrong information during the purchase i.e. Wrong Address / Wrong Pincode / Wrong Contact number and due to which the product gets returned to our facility, the Buyer will be refunded the amount after deducting the Forward and Return Transit Cost.
  • After going through Unboxing Video sent by you carefully, we will contact you to initiate refund. 

Returns, Refunds and Replacements Procedure 

  • It is totally on the discretion of Neysaworld to Refund or Replace or Return for the Damaged or wrong product. 
  • If refunded, Refund will be equivalent to the price of that particular item paid by you at the time of purchase (after discount etc.), shipping charges will not be refunded if you have ordered 2 or more items.
